Green Surveys Ltd was formed in 2006 and was one of the first companies

in the North East and Cumbria to be licenced to provide EPCs required under

new legislation for buildings. 

Since then we have surveyed properties ranging from 1 bedroom flats to listed country houses,industrial units and hotels. We are proud to remain the preferred choice of many local clients including Homeowners, Landlords,Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors.

Michael Downworth TMEI is Green Surveys Director. Michael trained as a Home Inspector and Surveyor with the College of Estate Management and as an Energy Assessor with National Energy Services and Stroma. Michael is a professional member of the Energy Institute, the leading chartered membership body for those working in Energy.
